Salary: £31,697 £ 35,119 per annum (dependent on experience) 10% annual bonus

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts days & nights)

We are currently recruiting for multiple Moulding Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site. These roles will support the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of extrusion blow moulding machinery within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities of thisMoulding Machine Operator role:

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion blow moulding machines
• Carry out fault finding and basic maintenance to minimise downtime
• Support the continuous operation of production lines
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely at all times
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) where required
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
