Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative that has a desire to progress and comes with a fantastic attitude towards work. In this role, you will be instrumental in assembling, inspecting, and maintaining high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your hands-on skills will ensure smooth operations, contribute to efficient workflow, and uphold safety standards. Duties
* Use of Manufacturing machines
* Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product standards are maintained
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
* Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products
* Support the loading and unloading of materials within the warehouse or production area
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve any operational issues promptly
* Any additional adhoc duties
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately under pressure
* ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
* Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management practices
