The KTC Group in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on day shift leader to own production performance, safety and quality. You will motivate a team to deliver KPIs, manage change and drive continuous improvement in partnership with the Production Manager.
The role requires strong production management experience in food manufacturing and excellent communication, with flexibility across shifts and occasional weekends.
