The KTC Group in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on night shift leader to own production performance, safety and quality. You will steer a team to meet KPIs, manage change and drive continuous improvement in partnership with the Production Manager.
You will champion health & safety, cost control and waste reduction across operations, plan workflow and labour, and deputise for the Production Manager as required. A strong background in food manufacturing and ERP/Excel proficiency are essential.
