Production Technician

A Production Technician is sought to join an innovative advanced manufacturing team in Southampton, Hampshire, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality PPLN devices for R&D and OEM customers. The Production Technician, Southampton, Hampshire, will work across production and cleanroom environments, carrying out a range of wafer and chip-level manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include:

Carry out production processes including photolithography, sputtering, furnace processing, dicing and polishing Work with small and delicate components using microscopes and precision equipment Follow production schedules, procedures and quality requirements Complete process logs, quality reports and other production documentation Identify and report process or quality issues to the Team Leader Maintain high standards of cleanroom practice and Health & Safety Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and improve processes The Production Technician, Southampton, Hampshire, will have the following key skills:
