DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Fabrication & Welding Technician to join our team and provide specialist technical support within our engineering workshops. The role will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning by ensuring that equipment, machinery and resources are safe, well maintained and available to support practical workshop sessions.
You will use your specialist knowledge to operate and maintain a range of fabrication and welding equipment, demonstrate technical skills and safe working practices to staff and students, and provide guidance on the correct use of machinery and workshop facilities.
