- Dimensional and visual inspection on Laser processed, formed and fabricated products during and after the process
- Management of non-conformances (Supplier returns/ customer complaints/ internal issues)
- Customer and colleague interaction- team work
- Non-compliance resolution
- Maintaining Quality Documents
- Ensuring every Contract has been finally inspected.
- Assisting with Continuous Improvement throughout the company against ISO
9001 through spot audits. - Maintaining company's existing quality procedures.
- Working with / developing relationships with customers to ensure all Quality issues are resolved and corrective actions are implemented.
Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate the following
- Previous experience in Press brake operator role essential
- Good understanding of engineering drawings
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
- FLT licence preferred
- Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
- Able to work pro-actively to improve productivity and efficiency
- Work overtime when necessary
Press Brake Operator Knowsley, Merseyside
Hours:
37hrs per week- 3 shift rotations - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, GB
