ECommerce Lead

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Lead to drive online sales growth, elevate the customer experience, and lead day-to-day trading across multiple ecommerce channels. This role blends commercial strategy, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You'll manage a team of three and work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, operations, and creative teams to deliver best-in-class digital performance.

Key Responsibilities Own trading performance across all international markets, delivering against revenue and margin targets. Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sessions) and provide actionable insights to optimise results. Manage the ecommerce trading calendar, ensuring alignment with brand marketing and key seasonal moments. Oversee all onsite and app merchandising, ensuring product and content accuracy. Support the CRO roadmap by driving A/B testing and initiatives to improve conversion and user experience.

Lead the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, mobile, and checkout. Own ecommerce reporting, dashboards, and weekly trading updates for senior leadership. Skills & Experience 4 years' experience in ecommerce trading (fashion or active wear preferred). Proven experience managing and developing teams. Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and digital trading drivers. Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into impactful actions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and creative. Commercially minded with a track record of delivering measurable results.
