Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with influencers, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals and brand identities. You’ll play a crucial role in driving successful, impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.

About the Role:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns, from influencer selection to relationship management.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with content and social teams for cohesive execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new platforms.
• Report on campaign metrics to key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Influencer or Influencer Marketing Manager in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and platforms (Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Ability to identify and work with influencers that align with brand values.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring campaign success.
• Creative, proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
