Our 20,500 employees operate across over 100 countries, deploying their expertise to develop and deliver cutting‑edge innovations and solutions for clients. Through the wide range of our activities, we are central to the collective organisation of society and the living environment of citizens all over the world.

In the UK, we’re proud to be delivering some of the most iconic projects which help connect people, protect our environment, and meet emission reduction targets. From motorways to tramways, and nuclear power plants to smart cities, clients choose us to help them solve their most complex challenges – delivering climate‑responsible growth that meets the needs of communities, industry and the planet.

We are creating a new Head of Brand, Content & Campaigns role to position Egis as a leading voice in our markets and to deliver high‑impact, insight‑led marketing that drives growth.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this senior leadership role will shape Egis’ global brand positioning and lead the creation of high‑value content and integrated campaigns that build awareness, influence decision‑makers and generate measurable impact on the business pipeline.

Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM, Group Communications, and regional marketing leads, the role will bring together strategic insight, creative excellence and commercial focus. You will translate Egis’ expertise in sustainability, mobility, energy transition and digital transformation into compelling narratives that strengthen client relationships and help win work.

This is a rare opportunity to define how Egis inspires, informs and differentiates itself in a competitive global marketplace – transforming thought leadership into tangible business results.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and protect Egis’ global brand positioning, architecture and messaging, ensuring consistency and commercial relevance across all markets
  • Lead the creation and delivery of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that raise visibility, generate qualified leads and support revenue growth
  • Develop Egis’ thought‑leadership and content strategy – from insight generation and storytelling to creative production and amplification
  • Partner with sector and regional teams to ensure campaign targeting aligns with strategic clients, key accounts and growth priorities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital & CRM to plan, track and report campaign performance, demonstrating clear contribution to pipeline and KPIs
  • Establish global campaign frameworks, toolkits and assets that enable local adaptation while maintaining brand coherence and creative quality
  • Commission and manage brand and market research, perception tracking and campaign performance reporting to inform continuous improvement
  • Support strategic initiatives such as employer brand, acquisitions and rebrands from a marketing and positioning perspective
  • Champion creativity, innovation and measurable impact across the global marketing network

The role is based in the UK, with collaboration expected across global teams. It will take effect in 2025.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in brand, campaign, or strategic marketing leadership, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services environments
  • Proven success delivering integrated, results‑driven campaigns and high‑value content that build reputation, engagement and pipeline impact
  • Analytical and commercially minded, able to link marketing activity to business development and revenue outcomes
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, storytelling and content marketing in complex B2B settings
  • Highly collaborative, creative and influential, with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Experience working across complex, matrixed organisations and multiple geographies
