Our client, a global tech and e‑commerce leader, is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital demand generation and pipeline growth across Europe. This is a high‑impact maternity cover role where you’ll step into a business‑critical position driving data‑led campaigns, optimising the marketing funnel, and partnering closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to accelerate revenue.

Daily rate: £370 per day
Because this function underpins revenue performance across the region, continuity is essential. You’ll be taking over a mature, data‑driven operation with active campaigns, agency relationships, and established reporting rhythms. The business needs someone who can hit the ground running, maintain momentum, and continue driving growth during a critical period.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll lead the strategy and execution of digital B2B campaigns designed to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Your work will directly influence pipeline velocity and revenue performance across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:- Developing and executing multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email, and third‑party partnerships.
- Owning pipeline metrics and revenue targets
, working backwards from business goals to build data‑driven marketing strategies. - Optimising the full marketing funnel (MQL → SQL → SAL → Opportunity) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Managing a paid media agency
, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to performance expectations. - Delivering weekly and quarterly business reviews
, presenting insights, performance trends, and optimisation recommendations to senior stakeholders. - Analysing campaign and funnel data using Salesforce, Excel, and/or Tableau to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with field marketing, events, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
We’re looking for a senior B2B marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving pipeline growth.
- 8+ years in B2B marketing
, demand generation, or pipeline marketing. - Expertise in data‑driven campaign execution across paid and owned channels.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce

, and/or Tableau
. - Demonstrated ability to optimise marketing funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Experience managing paid media agencies and significant digital budgets.
- Ability to communicate performance insights to senior leadership.
- Proven success building and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
