As the OEM & SI Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the OEM & SI Partner Program through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, account managers, and external partners to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, enablement tools, and co-branded initiatives.
Your core mission is to elevate visibility, engagement, and performance across the OEM & SI partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Define and structure the OEM & SI strategy and framework, including partner tiering, platforming, commercial policies, business and competency requirements, value proposition, and offer scope for the region.
- Collaborate with competency teams to ensure the local accuracy and availability of training assets, certification paths, and competency assessments.
- Support process improvements to enhance consistency and efficiency in delivering OEM & SI program benefits.
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support partner recruitment, enablement, and growth, including transversal initiatives such as Segment and Application Specialization.
- Collaborate with global OEM & SI team and badge leaders to benefits from best-in-class program guidelines, tools and support.
- Work closely with local Marketing leader to Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, social media) to promote OEM & SI solutions and partner success stories.
- Advocate for partner needs by developing content and toolkits to support New Product Introductions and contribute to value proposition and messaging.
- Promote and manage marketing toolkits, co-branding assets, and training materials to empower partners with go‑to‑market resources.
- Ensure certifications & specializations trainings and updates are deployed and completed by partners.
- Launch cross‑selling initiatives to increase Schneider Electric’s share of wallet within the OEM & SI network.
- Contribute to the design of a compelling and engaging digital partner journey.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, partner engagement, satisfaction, and ROI using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Drive partner success and program recognition through marketing and demand generation programs.
- Lead partner transformation toward digital and recurring service revenue models.
- Support AMSP OEM & SI Program initiatives (Recruit, Convert, Sell More, HERO launches) by implementing marketing action plans and performance tracking.
- Align messaging and ensure consistent partner experience by working closely with product marketing, sales, and other channel managers.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling case studies, videos, blogs, and newsletters that showcase OEM & SI innovations and impact.
- Evidenced domain knowledge experience in channel marketing, partner programs, or B2B marketing—preferably in automation, energy or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hub Spot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and partner success.
- Familiarity with the OEM & SI Program or similar partner ecosystems.
- Strong collaboration and networking abilities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent partner journeys.
- Strong business acumen and market intelligence.
- Experience in customer platforming and qualification.
- Deep understanding of go‑to‑market strategies, market trends, and project environments.
- Proven experience in channel development and transformation.
