This role plays a key part in making that happen.
The RoleAs Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering joined-up marketing across our physical and digital channels. You’ll turn insight and ideas into campaigns that drive footfall, sales and long‑term brand loyalty.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, work closely with senior leadership and external partners, and help shape how the brand shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Delivery- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, email, web and in-store
- Ensure campaigns are consistent, on‑brand and commercially effective
- Support store launches, promotions and seasonal activity
- Protect and evolve the 92 Degrees brand across all touchpoints
- Lead content creation with partners across digital and physical channels
- Brief and manage designers, creators and agencies where needed
- Oversee organic and paid activity
- Use performance data to optimise campaigns and improve results
- Understand what drives footfall, online sales and repeat customers
- Support CRM, email marketing and loyalty initiatives
- Think in terms of customer journeys, not just individual campaigns
- Help grow our online business and expand into new retail channels
- Take responsibility for projects from idea to execution
- Track performance and report on what’s working (and what isn’t)
- Bring ideas, test quickly and learn fast
- 2-5+ years’ marketing experience
- Background in consumer brands, hospitality, retail or D2C
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels
- Strong understanding of brand, digital, content and CRM
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and outcomes
- Confident briefing agencies and external partners
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
