We’re working with an established ecommerce agency that partners with ambitious brands across paid and owned channels.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to join their Performance Creative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who understands paid social, creative testing, AI‑assisted production and the commercial impact of strong performance creative.

As Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you’ll sit within a cross‑functional client squad and own the creative strategy for a defined portfolio of paid media clients.
You’ll be working closely with Success Managers, channel specialists and the Lead Creative Strategist to develop, launch, analyse and iterate paid media creative at pace.
This is not a role where you’ll simply brief and review. You’ll be hands‑on from concept through to live ad, using performance data, creative testing and AI‑powered production tools to make quick, informed decisions.
You’ll be expected to think strategically, produce quickly, understand what stops the scroll and turn performance insight into clear next steps.
What You Will Be Doing- Owning the creative strategy for a defined portfolio of paid media clients
- Creating and iterating paid media creative across Meta and Tik Tok
- Developing ad concepts informed by brand guidelines, tone of voice, buyer personas and AI avatar direction
- Writing clear, actionable creative briefs for creators
- Launching, managing and optimising paid media campaigns
- Building testing frameworks across hypothesis, execution, analysis and iteration
- Reviewing on‑platform and off‑platform performance data to identify what is working and what needs to change
- Briefing AI‑powered and human creators clearly and at volume
- Taking part in client workshops and creative sessions
- Reporting on creative performance in plain English with clear recommendations
- Working with the Lead Creative Strategist to improve creative processes across the team
- Demonstrable experience in performance creative or paid social creative strategy
- Strong examples of paid media creative work and commercial results
- Proven experience producing paid media creative at volume across Meta and Tik Tok
- Solid understanding of paid social performance and creative testing
- Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted production tools such as Creatify, Arcads, Eleven Labs, Cap Cut Pro or similar
- Confident working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Experience with campaign setup, optimisation and analysis
- Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once
- Strong written communication and clear briefing skills
