Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re a creative, confident agency, proud to be based at the Albert Dock and rooted in Liverpool for 22 years. We have plenty of ideas and excel at the delivery of moment marketing. Winning a national Purple Apple award for placemaking was a major high last year, and it perfectly sets the tone for the standard of our client work.
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Account Executive to join our close-knit office team. Ideally, you will have 1–2 years of B2C agency experience, a marketing or events degree, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities- Team
Collaboration:
You need to be a confident team player who thrives in a collaborative setting. You’ll work towards briefs that utilise our full range of services, liaising with our in-house PR, creative, web development, and copywriting teams to gather information and drive projects forward. - On-Site Event & Campaign Roll‑Out:
You will be a vital part of our on‑site delivery team, working closely with client estates teams. Organization and clear communication are key here, and you should be happy to occasionally travel and work in other UK cities alongside the team. - Brief Creation & Research:
Working closely with our Senior Account Manager, you will help build and form robust briefs for the creative team. This involves conducting project research and sourcing visual inspiration and imagery to help shape the final designs. - Creative Idea Generation:
As part of our property team, you’ll be actively involved in creative brainstorming. We need someone who is creatively driven and able to pitch fresh ideas and concepts against a set brief of objectives. - Supplier & Print Liaison:
You will have experience sourcing and managing print production. Our events vary wildly in theme and scale, so researching, vetting, and managing reliable external suppliers (from event staff to production) will be a core responsibility. - Budget Tracking & Quoting:
You’ll be confident creating client quotes, accurately tracking external supplier costs, and ensuring project margins are managed smoothly.
