• Own campaigns from planning through to optimisation.
• Work with leading brands across one of the UK's biggest retailers.
• Build expertise in retail media - one of the fastest-growing areas in digital marketing.

• Planning and optimising high-performing retail media campaigns.
• Supporting forecasting, budgets and media planning.
• Working closely with Criteo and internal specialists.
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Helping shape better ways of working across the team.

• Experience in digital marketing, media planning or retail media.
• A passion for campaign performance and optimisation.
• Confidence working with data and reporting.
• A proactive mindset and a desire to keep learning.
• Experience with Criteo (or similar platforms) is a bonus.
