  • Collaborate with Product, Digital, Retail, CRM, Loyalty, PR, Social and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered seamlessly.
  • Create engaging campaign presentations and communication packs to keep stakeholders informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Support campaign planning around key seasonal launches and cultural moments.
  • Ensure product information, pricing and approvals are accurate and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Champion new ideas, emerging trends and innovative ways of engaging customers across every campaign.
About You

You’ll be a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who thrives on delivering large‑scale campaigns in a fast‑moving retail environment. You’re highly organised, love bringing people together and know how to balance creativity with strong project management.

You’ll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, building relationships across the business and keeping complex campaigns moving from concept to completion. Most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for creating customer‑first campaigns that make an impact.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience managing creative and media agencies to deliver high‑quality campaign assets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work cross‑functionally with a wide range of teams.
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to use insight and data to inform decision making.
