We are looking for a standout Social & Content Manager to join a fast-paced agency team and lead creative output for a diverse roster of clients.
This role is for a true social native who goes beyond scheduling posts. You instinctively get how different platforms operate and know how to produce sharp, culturally relevant ideas that build real brand momentum.
Hands-on from day one, you’ll own the entire creative pipeline. From writing scripts and shooting videos to editing, posting, and jumping on real-time trends, you will help brands show up online with confidence, humour, and distinct personality.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all content aligns with overarching client brand strategies, rooted in deep research into target audiences, competitors, market opportunities, and brand tone.
- Draft compelling copy, hooks, captions, and scripts tailored for platforms ranging from Linked In to Tik Tok.
- Oversee content calendars and manage day-to-day social media publishing across accounts.
- End-to-end creation of Tik Toks, Reels, and Shorts taking projects seamlessly from concept and filming to editing and uploading.
- Effortlessly adapt tone of voice to suit a diverse client portfolio, spanning consumer, corporate, B2B, and purpose-led brands.
- Actively participate in online conversations in a human, authentic, and brand-appropriate manner.
- Identify and capitalise on emerging trends rapidly with taste, precision timing, and originality.
- Spot emerging features, formats, and platforms before they reach mainstream adoption.
- Drive the agency’s own online presence, reflecting a smart, warm, engaging, and culturally fluent tone.
- Writes sharp, engaging copy across format, funny, concise, or emotional depending on the brief.
- Deeply embedded in internet culture, trends, and fandoms, with a natural instinct for why content succeeds on platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Confident and quick at editing short-form video using tools like Cap Cut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
- Focused on building meaningful audience engagement and community rather than just vanity view counts.
- Delivers bold ideas with high energy and optimism, moving quickly without sacrificing structure or quality.
- Eager to test new formats, experiment with fresh ideas, and push creative boundaries.
- 4+ Years Experience and a proven track record in a social media or content role within an agency environment.
- Portfolio showcasing high-profile, high-impact campaigns that delivered measurable results.
- Hands-on experience producing and editing content tailored for modern social formats.
- In-depth understanding of algorithm behaviours, native formats, and fast-moving digital trends.
- A proven track record of delivering campaigns for well-known mainstream brands, ideally with pan-European scope.
- Background in community-led campaigns, creator/UGC management, or brand storytelling in entertainment.
The upper end of the salary bracket is reserved for an exceptional Social & Content Manager who seamlessly combines high-level brand strategy with hands-on video editing, sharp copywriting, and rapid trend creation to deliver high-impact campaigns.
