The Marketing and Sales Support role is responsible for supporting Thermo King UK’s marketing and sales activities to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The position will deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinate exhibitions and customer events, contribute to the development of the company marketing plan, and provide administrative, and systems support to the sales team.

• Carry out Thermo King UK’s marketing activities across multiple channels, including direct marketing, social media, trade publications, and industry events.
• Organise and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, ensuring all logistics and promotional materials are effectively managed.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company marketing plan and related activities.
• Create, coordinate, and monitor marketing content and campaigns to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives and events.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, presentations, and customer communications.
• Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal sales systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, sales support tasks, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support lead generation and follow-up activities arising from marketing campaigns and events.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

• Experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
• Good understanding of marketing channels, including social media, direct marketing, and trade publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with internal systems and databases.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

• Marketing qualification or relevant business qualification.
• Experience with in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales support systems.
• Experience in digital marketing and content coordination.

• Highly organised and self‑motivated.
• Creative and commercially aware.
• Professional and confident communicator.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Team player with a positive and supportive approach.
