Working for a successful consumer wholesale business, this is a highly visible role focused on growing Tik Tok Shop revenue through a combination of short-form content creation and live commerce. The successful candidate will be the on-camera face of the brand, creating engaging Tik Tok content and hosting live shopping events that drive sales and audience growth.

• Host regular Tik Tok Shop live selling sessions
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions in real time
• Drive sales, engagement, and conversions during live streams
• Build a consistent live audience and community
• Analyse performance metrics including GMV, CTR, viewers, and conversion rates

• Create, film, edit, and publish Tik Tok videos
• Produce content such as:
  • Product demonstrations
  • Tutorials
  • Unboxings
  • Trend-led content
• Manage content calendars aligned with launches and promotions
• Set up basic filming environments and source props/samples

• Track engagement and sales performance
• Optimise content based on analytics
• Support seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and affiliate activity
• Stay current with Tik Tok trends and Tik Tok Shop developments

• Work closely with ecommerce and marketing teams
• Support influencer and affiliate partnerships
• Ensure Tik Tok activity aligns with wider brand campaigns

• Must have previous experience working in a similar Tik Tok/Content Creator/Social Media role
• Confident and engaging on-camera presence
• Experience creating Tik Tok, Reels, or other short-form video content
• Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to sell products effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to a live broadcast schedule
• Experience working with retail beauty brands or haircare products
• Previous Tik Tok Live hosting experience
• Tik Tok Shop experience
• Live commerce or social selling experienceQVC-style presenting background
• Existing Tik Tok following
• Experience analysing content performance metrics
