An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to join the marketing team of a leading professional services organisation.
This is a varied role with responsibility for the organisation's digital presence, internal communications platforms and social media activity. You'll lead a small team, work closely with senior stakeholders and use insight, creativity and digital best practice to strengthen engagement and improve the overall user experience.
Previous marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment is essential.

- Lead the strategy and ongoing development of key digital and communications channels.
- Manage and support a small team, ensuring effective planning and delivery.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver digital improvements.
- Monitor channel performance and use data to inform future activity and recommendations.
- Support wider marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a consistent and effective brand experience.
- Proven marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong digital marketing experience across websites, social media and internal communications.
- Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Commercially aware and digitally minded, with a genuine interest in improving performance and user experience.
- Desirable:
Experience with CMS platforms, intranets and website governance, alongside a CIM or equivalent professional qualification. - Supportive and collaborative working environment
