As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Social Media Content Executive to join our team, bringing original ideas, strong creative instincts and the hands-on skills to bring brilliant social content to life.

Social Content Creation, Tik Tok, Instagram, UGC, Reels, Shooting, Editing, Cap Cut, Creative Ideation Where You'll Make an Impact This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a content calendar all day. We're looking for a hands-on social creative who loves coming up with ideas and making them happen. You'll work across a range of TSA clients, translating brand strategies and creative briefs into authentic, engaging social-first content.

You'll contribute original concepts, shoot iPhone-first content, edit Tik Toks and Reels, support creative shoots and capture UGC-style content at client events. You'll also keep a close eye on social culture, emerging trends and new formats, reacting quickly and finding creative ways to make them relevant to the brands you're working with. Importantly, we're looking for someone who already has experience doing this.

You'll be joining towards the mid/top end of Executive level, ready to take ownership of your creative work streams and contribute ideas rather than simply waiting for the next task. What You'll Be Doing:
This is where ideas turn into content. Bring social strategies and creative briefs to life through engaging, platform-native Tik Tok and Instagram content. From spotting trends and developing concepts to shooting iPhone-first content, editing Reels in Cap Cut and capturing live events, you’ll take ideas from concept to finished content that’s on-brand, on-platform and built to perform. About You You'll already have experience within a social creative, content creation or similar hands-on role and a portfolio that shows us what you can do.

You understand that great social content isn't simply traditional advertising resized for Tik Tok. You know what feels native to different platforms, understand the power of iPhone-first content and have a strong eye for shooting, editing and creating engaging visual assets. We're particularly interested in seeing evidence that you've contributed to original creative concepts, rather than simply executing somebody else's ideas, and that you're comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your work.

What You Bring:

Ideallyover a year's experience in a Social Creative, Social Content or similar hands-on creative role, with agency experience a real advantage. More importantly, you'll have a portfolio that makes us want to keep scrolling: strong Tik Toks, Reels and short-form social content that shows both creative thinking and the ability to make it happen.
