Unity Theatre in Liverpool is hiring a Marketing & CRM Manager to lead its marketing, communications and audience development. The theatre is looking for someone creative, organised and commercially minded. The role reports to the Artistic and Executive Directors and is 37.5 hours a week over five days.
What you'll do- Develop and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, print and PR
- Manage the Unity brand
- Help artists, companies and partners reach audiences
- Own Ticketsolve, the theatre's CRM and ticketing system
- Use audience data and insight to improve customer journeys and grow ticket sales, memberships, donations and other income
- Work closely with Front of House and the wider team so communications are accessible, inclusive and focused on the customer
- Use data, reporting and budget management to evaluate and improve marketing activity
- Closing date is Sunday 25 October
- Salary: £30,000
