Rotunda College is seeking a proactive and people-focused Learner Engagement Officer to become the first point of contact for learners accessing its education and training programmes. Based within a thriving community hub in North Liverpool, this role combines learner recruitment, customer service, community engagement and administration. The successful candidate will support prospective learners to identify suitable opportunities, promote Rotunda’s courses and services, guide individuals through the enrolment process, and ensure that learner records, documentation and funding requirements are maintained accurately and compliantly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, encouraging people to achieve their goals, and balancing a high standard of customer service with strong organisational skills. Working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, the Learner Engagement Officer will play a vital role in helping individuals access education, gain confidence and take positive steps towards employment, further learning and personal development.
