The Mission Escape the constraints of traditional clinical settings and apply your intensive care expertise to the pinnacle of private maritime medicine. We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. You will be based on a world-class superyacht cruising the most prestigious waters of the Mediterranean, with an upcoming itinerary featuring exclusive stops in St.
Tropez, the Maddalena Archipelago, and the historic port of Nafplio.
The Team You will be an essential member of a sophisticated, multidisciplinary medical team. Under the direct leadership of a Lead British Doctor, you will work in synergy with specialist Physiotherapists and an elite cohort of strictly Western-trained nursing professionals.
The Safety Our operational protocol prioritizes both patient safety and staff well-being through a mandatory double-nurse shift system. This ensures you always have immediate clinical redundancy for critical decisions and guarantees the necessary rest to maintain peak professional performance.
The Process To accommodate the complex schedules of active acute-care nurses and ensure absolute confidentiality, the initial interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure, private online platform.
RequirementsRequirements
Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
4+ years of recent, high-acuity experience strictly within Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
30 days of annual leave.
Premium en-suite quarters (designed for elite onboard living).
All expenses comprehensively covered (including commercial flights to join the vessel, world-class culinary provision, and bespoke medical uniforms).
