Deputy Head Registered Nurse

Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Deputy Head Nurse to join our nursing team in Liverpool. This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. We’re looking for a team player who is keen to get stuck in and support colleagues, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive on a varied caseload.

Our full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties across the week. The weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern, with duty nights on rotation. We offer flexible working patterns where possible to fit individual needs.
