£22.50 per hour | Permanent | Night Shifts

An exciting opportunity has become available for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a welcoming and supportive care home team.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, working closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of nursing care are maintained at all times. You will support residents with their individual needs, promote independence and dignity, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

• Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care needs.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards.

• Work collaboratively with the wider care team to achieve the best outcomes for residents.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

• Promote residents' wellbeing, dignity, independence, and choice.

• Support and mentor care staff where appropriate.

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.

• Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
