Deputy Ward Manager – Major Trauma Ward (Secondment)
This is an exciting secondment opportunity for a Deputy Ward Manager on the Major Trauma Ward. The role requires a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver high‑quality nursing care in an acute setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients in the Major Trauma Ward.
- Support and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient experience.
- Contribute to continuous professional development and foster the development of colleagues.
- Demonstrate proactive, collaborative and innovative approaches within the clinical environment.
- Registered 1st Level Nurse.
- Substantial Band 5 experience (or Band 6 experience).
- Strong leadership potential and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and patient‑centred care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
