Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Stockbridge Village and surrounding areas. The position offers an annual salary of £27,976 and is fixed term until 30th October 2026.

Undertake grounds maintenance work to areas and properties as per customer specifications. Carry out duties with full regard to Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service and Performance Policies. Leave grounds clean and safe upon completion of jobs and refill systems.

• Grounds maintenance experience.
• Good level of education.
• Strong commitment to high quality customer service and social housing.
• Evidence of commitment to quality opportunity policies and practices.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours.
