About the role...
We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the Technical and Quality agenda at our Moreton manufacturing site, the home of the Cadbury Mini Roll.
Operating in a fast-paced, highly competitive branded environment, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance, while enabling innovation, continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.
This is a key senior site leadership role, with accountability for the Quality Management System (QMS) and for developing a high-performing technical team.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and develop the site Technical & Quality team, embedding a strong food safety and quality culture
- Own and deliver the site Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Premier Foods standards
- Act as the principal site contact for customers, regulators, auditors and accreditation bodies
- Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, ethical standards and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in GMP, hygiene, product quality and customer satisfaction
