We’re supporting a specialised nutrition manufacturer in Liverpool as they look for an energetic, forward‑thinking Quality Systems & Compliance Manager to lead their QMS and drive a strong Culture of Quality across the site.

If you’re a confident decision‑maker with fresh ideas, resilience, and a real passion for Quality, this role gives you the platform to influence, improve and protect product quality, consumer safety and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and enhance the site Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure audit readiness (FDA, FSSC, ISO, EHO, Trading Standards)
• Govern change management, risk assessments and internal audits
• Oversee complaints, product registrations, food defence & food fraud
• Manage raw material approval and supplier quality
• Drive a strong Culture of Quality across all functions
• Lead, coach and develop a team of three

• Proven line management experience
• Background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong QMS, compliance and audit expertise
• Confident communicator who can influence and have tough conversations
• High energy, fresh ideas and a genuine passion for Quality & QA
