Job Title
Estates Management Surveyor needed in Isle of Wight
Temporary contract paying £267.42 per day. Reference number: OR23124.
Responsibilities- Assist with providing a property management and property records management function.
- Lead on landlord and tenant matters.
- Provide a property management service for a rented out property portfolio.
- Oversee invoicing of tenant's rents and service charges.
- Liaise with tenants and deal with tenant-related issues such as assignments and general tenant requests.
- Assist and, as requested, oversee the payment of rents.
