Reed Specialist Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Estates Manager to lead the council's estates team on a long-term contract in Welwyn. You will direct an estates team, develop strategic plans for the council's property portfolio, and manage covenant releases and valuations.
The role requires a strong leadership background in local authority estates, excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement, and a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Real Estate plus MRICS/FRICS desirable.
