Real Estate Senior Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Liverpool.

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters.
• Draft, negotiate and review lease documentation, landlord and tenant documents (acting for both landlords and tenants), heads of terms and title reports.
• Support clients with investment property transactions, development site acquisitions and disposals, and property portfolio management.
• Supervise junior colleagues on day-to-day transactional work, including licences, consents and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction, insolvency and restructuring teams, gaining exposure to a broad mix of complex, multi-disciplinary matters.

• A qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property.
• Substantial landlord and tenant experience, ideally gained within a recognised real estate practice.
• Experience across areas such as investment transactions, development work, title review or portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach, with an interest in networking, business development and working as part of a wider national team.
• Salary:
  From £70,000, depending on experience.
