Ambiris Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to list and sell premium properties across the Cheshire market. You will value, list and secure listings, liaise with vendors and buyers, and drive property viewings and negotiations.
The role offers a base salary up to £40,000 with DOE, car allowance, and an attractive commission scheme. Working Monday to Friday, no weekends, with 28 days leave and Christmas closure.
