Clarion Housing Group in Birmingham is seeking an Available Homes Officer to help customers move into their new homes. The role is about minimising the time a property stays empty by letting it quickly while maintaining a high quality service.
This is a hybrid role with a secondment/fixed term contract until July 2027. Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required, be eligible to work in the UK, and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
