Required:
We seek enthusiastic candidates with specific experience. The ideal candidate will possess:
Hands on experience working in a similar position within a lab environment
Experience of designing, developing and optimising cell based and biochemical assays to support early-stage programmes and target validation activities Proven in supporting development projects Experience in maintenance, calibration and use of LCMS systems A degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace challenges. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our research endeavors. You will work closely with experienced researchers and be involved in various exciting tasks, including:
Conducting literature reviews to stay at the forefront of current research trends. Assisting in the design and implementation of experiments. Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data with precision and attention to detail. Contributing to the preparation of research reports and publications. Collaborating with team members to brainstorm new research ideas and methodologies.
