Position: Food and Beverage Team Leader (Premium Merseyside

Food and Beverage Team Leader (Premium) – Liverpool, Merseyside

We’re looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Team Leader to support premium operations at Everton Stadium. The role will involve leading a variable team on event days, managing our premium GA bars and kitchen, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

Pay: £14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a large variable team on event days, managing a food and beverage unit in our premium GA bars and kitchen.
  • Follow health & safety in the heart of everything you do and lead a health & safety culture.
  • Ensure awareness of all allergens passed on from supervisor/manager on match‑days.
  • Lead and manage a team of bartenders and food & beverage assistants, ensuring excellent customer service, proper procedures and a clean work environment.
  • Provide ongoing training to new and existing staff on food and beverage procedures, customer service and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels during events, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Plan and coordinate service for large crowds during match‑days, ensuring all restaurants and bars are prepared for high‑demand periods.
  • Work closely with kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service throughout the event.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Natural and confident, exuding energy and charisma with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong positive passion for food and drinks, with a flair for premium hospitality.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and duties.
  • Calm and resilient, able to problem‑solve and work effectively as a team player.
  • Standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, structured and methodical, capable of responding to dynamic match‑day demands.
