Senior Sous Chef – SB

A great opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join a very successful and popular restaurant, roof top bar and function rooms at an exciting tourist attraction. As Senior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and that the brigade of chefs are aware of their roles as well as training them to progress their knowledge.

The restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches, evening meals, and Sunday lunches all dishes are prepared using fresh seasonal produce and menus are changed regularly. There is also a roof top bar and spaces to cater for meetings, corporate events and private dining.

All chefs applying for this position must have all round cooking skills gained at a busy multi outlet fresh food kitchen. This is a busy kitchen so it is important that you have a calm nature and are able to work well under pressure. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress and would suit an established Senior Sous Chef seeking a new challenge or a very experienced junior sous looking for promotion.
