You will be working with the team at The Rosehill Theatre, Whitehaven in Cumbria in finalising, opening, and operating a new 60-seater restaurant at the heart of the newly developed theatre, offering panoramic views over the countryside and Irish Sea to Scotland.

This is an exciting time for Rosehill Theatre, West Cumbria, as it undergoes both artistic and physical transformation. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new Management Team for the redeveloped theatre, opening later this year.

The Head Chef will be an integral member of the management team, delivering excellence to all valued customers in newly created and enlarged customer-focused facilities.

This role offers the freedom to help create a restaurant from inception within a large second-floor space, finalising the kitchen fit-out, the look and feel of the restaurant, and recruiting a team to run the operation, including apprentices in collaboration with Lakes College. We seek an entrepreneurial and imaginative partner to help create this new business and customer experience.
