General Manager

Main Duties:

Overseeing and driving a busy fast paced brunch and coffee spot with proven procedures in place, working closely with your Head Chef and Operation Manager.

• Lead, mentor and energize a passionate team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service every guest, every time
• Own daily operations: inventory, scheduling, quality control & performance
• Drive sales, boost profitability.
• Maintain impeccable standards in cleanliness, presentation, and service

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships, organised and reliable.
• 3 years proven leadership experience in hospitality management
• A love and knowledge of coffee.

• The ability to thrive under pressure especially during peak hours
• A hands‑on attitude with a lead by example mindset/passion
