As a Salad Chef
, you'll be responsible for preparing, presenting and maintaining a fresh, high-quality salad bar while working alongside the Chef de Partie to deliver an excellent food offering.

You will:

• Prepare and replenish fresh salads, fruits, vegetables and other cold food items to the highest standards.
• Ensure the salad bar is fully stocked, attractively presented and maintained throughout service.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and minimise food waste.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and stock levels, rotating products in line with food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly.
• Adhere to all Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures, reporting any issues or incidents promptly.
• Carry out daily temperature checks and complete all required food safety records accurately.
• Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues in line with company procedures.
• Support the wider kitchen team as required to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers when required, with a good knowledge of the food offering.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday | 07:30am - 15.00pm
