HEAD CHEF | WIRRAL | £43,500–£45,000 + BONUS + TIPS
MCG Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic, well-established food-led pub in Wirral to recruit an experienced Head Chef.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef who wants genuine autonomy, great fresh ingredients and the opportunity to lead a strong kitchen team.
THE ROLE
This is a busy, popular food-led pub with rooms, known for its fresh, hearty and imaginative food rather than fine dining.
As Head Chef, you'll have real ownership of your kitchen, including:
- Creating and developing seasonal menus
- Working with fresh ingredients and local suppliers
- Leading, motivating and developing your kitchen team
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality
- Managing kitchen costs and ensuring profitability
- Introducing new ideas while keeping the menu exciting and commercially successful
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent customer experience
