- Liverpool One. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer

    Experience:

    drive exceptional service and store experience
  • Drive Sales: influence sales results through business analysis and performance optimization
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: support omnichannel initiatives
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: maintain visual standards and operate floor effectively
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: oversee daily operations and processes
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: manage team staffing and related tasks
  • Training and Development: lead onboarding and ongoing team development
  • Communication: ensure clear internal and external communication
  • Asset Protection: uphold loss prevention measures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team building skills
  • Self-starter with drive to achieve results
  • Multi-tasking and fashion interest/knowledge
