Base pay rangeBasic salary of £30500 to £31500 per annum, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities- Support the store manager in day‑to‑day store operations.
- Perform sales forecasting and effective scheduling.
- Manage cost of sales control and maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure the store is efficiently managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing team.
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience running a fast‑paced, customer‑lead QSR or restaurant, or background in hospitality as a floor/restaurant manager.
- Flexibility to work evenings/late nights, particularly on weekends.
Comprehensive training will be provided. If selected, you will receive a base salary in the above range.
