About the RoleAre you ready to be the welcoming face of the UK’s leading high-end car dealership? At Saxtons, we’re looking for an exceptional Receptionist who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you’ll set the tone for their experience, creating an atmosphere of luxury and excellence from the moment they step through our doors. Approachable and outgoing, you’ll handle every interaction with poise and efficiency, ensuring queries are addressed seamlessly and our showroom operates like clockwork.

Your Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Greet visitors warmly and offer refreshments while assessing their needs.
- Telephone Management: Answer calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Showroom Coordination: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional showroom environment, including managing music, video screens, and tidiness.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, stock refreshment areas, and ensure all sales offices are fully functional and stocked.
- Customer Support: Build rapport, guide visitors, and liaise with team members to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of people, vehicles, and property, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Customer Service: Warm, empathetic, and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Organisation: A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Professionalism: Confident, assertive, and able to engage with a wide range of customers.
