Retail Manager​/Luxury Brand Business Manager

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Manager / Luxury Brand Business Manager who has experience within a one-to-one retail store sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury.

Working as the Retail Manager / Luxury Brand Business Manager you have one Sales Assistant that will report into you, where you will both achieve your sales targets whilst promoting the company’s brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, whilst anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

As the Retail Manager / Luxury Brand Business Manager you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the company’s retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

• Previous experience as either a Retail Account Manager (with keyholder responsibilities), Boutique Manager, Luxury Concession Manager, Assistant Store Manager or held a similar position within a retail environment
• Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
• A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
• The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launched or activity unique to that store
• The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own, you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to priority your workload
