💷 Salary:
Starting rate £12.26 per hour (£23,907 per annum), increasing to £12.92 once full training has been completed. 📍

Walton Vale. 🕒 Job Type: Full-time 37.5 contracted hours. Flexibility:
Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required. The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are based on performance against key KPIs.

You don't need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

• Multilingual skills are a bonus – due to the diversity of our customer base, the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
