Customer-Focused Sales & Loyalty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maximising sales and providing excellent customer service in line with Voisins Department Store high standards.
• Identifying customer needs and answering product related questions.
• Encouraging customer loyalty via the sign up of customers to Voisins Rewards.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the management team.
• Walking the extra mile for all KG and Luggage customers.
• Attending and participating in store meetings and training sessions as required.
• Ensuring good communication with colleagues and fostering a team working and supportive attitude.
