Position Overview

Permanent Sales Associate – Part Time. Our Sales Associates help customers celebrate life and express love while delivering outstanding service, creating memorable experiences, and supporting the store’s sales performance.

• Greet and engage customers, providing a welcoming and personalised service.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of jewellery, watches and gift products to answer inquiries and facilitate sales.

• Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with store procedures.

• Support store performance by meeting sales targets, contributing to retail displays, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organised sales floor.

• Collaborate with the team to uphold the brand’s culture and style, promoting a business‑casual dress code that celebrates individuality.

• Passion for customer service and the ability to create memorable experiences.

• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in jewellery products and brands; willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Ability to engage a diverse range of customers in a friendly and inclusive manner.
